Welcome to this charming three-bedroom retreat designed for your utmost comfort. One bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, while the other 2 offers full-sized bed, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep for everyone.

For added convenience, the unit features two bathrooms, making morning routines a breeze. In the well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances, you can easily prepare your favorite meals. And to make your stay even more enjoyable, there's a washer and dryer included for hassle-free laundry.

Step outside to discover your private outdoor seating area, perfect for enjoying the fresh air and relaxing with a book or a cup of coffee. Guests will have access to all of unit 202. Please note that there are two other units on the property and some may have families or children with them.

Yes, we do allow pets at our property, and there is a one-time pet fee of $150. This is to cover additional wear and tear on the property. Pets are not aloud on furniture, including beds, chairs, couches, etc. If we find evidence of this, a minimum $250 fine will be charged to the guest . Please note that pets are not to be left alone in the property, and we kindly ask that they are well-behaved so as not to disturb other guests.

The yard is mostly fenced, but the right side of the garage is open.

Perfect base for wedding event

The unit is up-to-date and handsome in every detail. Great space, lots of light and a kitchen that's both great looking and functional. I appreciated the clear communication with the rental company and no-hassle check in/lock that came with the unit.
