Our stay at the AC hotel was absolutely perfect. What made the stay so incredible was the service of one of your front desk associates, Michael. He went above and beyond at every turn to make sure we were accommodated and taken care of. His actions alone ensure that every time we come to Sacramento, we will stay at the AC hotel.

Just ok

No pillow cases on the pillow. No cups in the room for coffee or drink. Overpriced. I get it tho. Jack up the rates for a show at Golden One Center. It is walking distance to food and the venue. It’s a small room for a pricey hotel.

The parking is owned by a private party. I didn’t understand the pre-pay through a QR code. There was a huge line at the hotel when we arrived. Housekeeping was not done cleaning rooms so I did mot ask about parking. The next morning the front desk informed me it was private parking. That you had to pay in advance with the QR code. I went out and paid, when I arrived at my car. I had a ticket on it for 3 times the amount $60.00. I tried to call the parking people. But had to leave a message.

Good Location

Our stay was good. Hotel was really nice. Super clean and the staff was great despite a few issues. When I booked this room it stated there was a sofa bed. There were 4 of us and 1 king size bed when we arrived. The floor had just been cleaned and my mom almost slipped and fell. My dad was near by and able to help her stay up. I contacted the front desk and the gentlemen stated there were no rooms with two beds available. I wasn’t quite sure what we were gonna do as there were no rollaway beds or anywhere for us to lay. I went downstairs and he was very accommodating and said that we would have a new room upon our returned from our event, which was at the golden1. he would have a room ready for us, and that they would make the switch from our current room to the new room. Upon arrival the room was ready however they had not moved our stuff like they said. We then had to get our stuff and move it just one floor up no big deal once we arrived. Everything was fine minus the fact that the TV did not work so we sat there for a few hours pretty much on our phones as it was too late for us to leave to go anywhere. He did try to come in and fix the TV however had no luck. Other than these mishaps, I would’ve given it a five star.
