Frustrating

I kept trying to cancel, but the hotel said to call hotels.com and vice versa. I couldn't cancel and got charged for a stay I didn't need.

It was OK Attendant not so friendly Asked for a cash deopsit. Did not want to charge credit card. Had to wait for him to inspect the room in order for me to have credit returned.

Water and Safety

I don't like drinking water from the bathroom sink. There was only one sink in the room. The bottled water at the front desk was too expensive. And the water tasted like it was tap water.
