The overall stay was great. It was really quiet, bed was super comfy and they were able to give us some extra stuff to make our stay more comfortable. A few things why we didn’t give it 5 stars, charging to park $12 a day, very dated furniture, not enough condiments for coffee.

Arrived to room with toliet being clogged and room smelt of bo. After asking for plunger and attempting to correct toliet issue maintenance snaked toliet and left debris from clearing clog on the floor as well as wet towel. The room was okay. The shower was slippery as hell. The tv hardly had any channels and I rang office for wake up and it never happened at first.49er game was on so went to room to watch and it didn’t come on so I watched it in lobby. Mentioned it and someone went to my room and got it working but didn’t tell me. After game was over I went to room and then realized someone had come to room and fixed it. I called from my cell to the Marriot to connect me to my room but didn’t tell them and my phone never rang so I took elevator to office and they sent someone who had to change out my phone. And then Charge $12.00 @ night to park in handicap with my placard or get towed! My refrigerator in room was so tiny I couldn’t a V-8 bottle and couple cans and my dinner I couldn’t finish. No microwave to reheat so I had to throw it away . Would I stay there again I don’t really think I would.

Room reeked of mildew gave me a headache every night into morning son woke each morning complaining of sore throat. Parking was compromised by construction equipment. Staff was not empathetic to our situation put us directly above construction in the smallest square footage room even though we had paid for the largest option.

The hotel was beautiful. I was only staying one night but bringing a bunch of gifts for my grandchildren. I called to see if I could have a room with easy access to haul everything too and they got it for me without a problem.
