While the property and area are nice, the staff were terrible from the moment we got there. Even after getting our key there were already people in our room. Would never stay here again

Convenient location and clean but could be better

Convenient and clean with airport shuttle service. However, the shuttle can take up to an hour once you arrive at the airport to get you to the hotel. You call the hotel then it takes at least 40 minutes or more for the shuttle to arrive. There is no breakfast included.

I just checked out of Hyatt Place Sacramento International Airport, and this was by far the most disappointing hotel stay I’ve ever had. This was my first time at a Hyatt Place, and sadly, it will be my last. After booking and paying through Expedia, no one mentioned the $500 deposit until I arrived late at night after a redeye flight. Check-in was slow, confusing, and completely lacked empathy. On Saturday, I requested turndown service. By Sunday and even Monday night, nothing had been cleaned—trash still in the room, dirty coffee cups untouched, ice bucket full of stale water, no fresh supplies. The manager apologized but the promised follow-up never happened. Each day, the same issues continued: missing coffee, trash left in the room, no basic restocking. After a 12-hour workday and an unexpected project extension, I went to the front desk at 9 PM to book more nights. The receptionist refused to help and told me to “go online” instead. Housekeeping was atrocious, communication nonexistent, and every request felt like a burden to staff. For over $1,500 (including deposit), I expected professionalism and basic hospitality—neither were delivered. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this property to anyone.

Good but could be better.

Clean, comfortable and close to airport. However, the shuttle service is not as advertised you must call first and the it may take an additional 40-45 minutes for pickup. No breakfast.

The hotel is fairly new and in an area that had options for food if you are looking for some variety. The room was clean and spacious. My only complaint was the shower door didn’t stay closed so the water did get out when taking a shower. Overall good experience and would stay here again.
