Nice decor, but didn't like the $10 charge to park. Worst was not having hot water in the morning. Had to call to front desk, then they "reset the boiler," whatever that means. After another 10 minutes, water was hot.

The stay was fantastic. What I am not happy about was the parking fee. What kind of business charges guest’s to park at the place they are staying at. Hello……..I am choosing to give your company business and you are going to stick it to me with a parking fee? A fee by the way that is not mentioned in any of the reservation details. The only mention of it is upon check-in. What a hustle.

Whenever we’re up in Sacramento area for a friend visit, we always stay in Springhill Suites. Their room is big, clean and comfortable. Likewise their breakfast is much better than the other hotels where free breakfast is offered. The staff is really nice and attentive to customers.
