DONT BOOK 7F !!!

Highest floors are un-livable, there are extremely loud vibrations that made me complain for money back. They didnt accept, however luckily they allowed me to change room for 4th floor, which I accepted and there the vibrations could not be heard, just extremely loud street noise intercom outside of the room.

写真とは違って

お部屋の掃除はまぁまぁでしたが電子レンジの庫内がとても酷い匂いで使用出来なかったのが残念でした。カップも写真とは違いプラスチックで飲み物が味気なく残念でした。窓からの冷気が強く暖房の空調が時間によってムラがあり寒さを感じました。

寝るところとしてはまぁいいと思う。 衛生面は少し壁とか、洗面台とか、汚いかな。鍵がかからなくなって伝えた時の店員はあまりいい対応ではなかったが、帰ってきて話した店員さんはとてもよかった！人によるかも。

スタッフさんの対応が良くなったです。 14時頃に荷物だけ預け、その後ホテルを離れてから要件があった為何回電話しても出ず。 やっと出たと思えば謝罪も無く、こちらから状況を聞けばチェックインの対応で忙しく出れませんでしたとの事。 15時前から何回も電話しておりました、、、 また、チェックアウト時間の延長をお願いしておりましたので、フロントにて延長料金払うために声掛けましたが延長した事すらスタッフさんは確認しませんでした。 勿論、延長料金は払いましたが払わなくても良かったのか？ スタッフさんは3名対応いただきましたが 若いスタッフさん2名はあまり対応が良くないと感じました。
