The Space:

Privately-owned chateau, located in St Ambroix, in the peaceful Parc Naturel des Cévennes.
This 250m2, 19th-century château is ideally placed to take advantage of the many activities and visits available in the Cévennes and Ardèche regions.

With family or friends, enjoy the large 14×7m indoor/outdoor swimming pool (June to September), games rooms (billiards, ping pong...), private boulodrome, the park entirely enclosed by a high wall with a bamboo grove and century-old trees (1.6 hectares) as well as the forest with its private riverside beach (1.4hectares). Description:
On the first floor, the château includes
-a fully-equipped kitchen: fridge, dishwasher, stove with oven, Nespresso, kettle-dining room opening onto terrace -living room with TV/music speakers
-an office
-a billiard room
Second floor: -3 suites with 160cm beds and en-suite bathrooms.
-1 additional 120cm bed Wifi available throughout the chateau. Ample parking is available on the fully fenced private grounds.
The swimming pool is secured in accordance with current regulations summer, garden furniture (table and chairs for dining on the terrace) and a barbecue are available.
The private boules pitch is floodlit for late-night games.
The château dates back to the 19th century, and stays cool in summer (no air-conditioning ).
The château and grounds are for the exclusive use of holidaymakers.

On arrival, you'll find everything you'll need for your vacation: washing-up liquid, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, detergent and sponges.
Bed linen, towels and household linen (tea towels and bath mats) are included.
A compulsory \intermediate cleaning" package is invoiced at the time of booking and corresponds to the disinfection and preparation of the house between two tenants . We ask our tenants to leave the house in the same condition as they found it on arrival (kitchen and bathroom clean, fridge and cupboards emptied, no visible dirt, garbage removed, etc). If the house is left dirty, the tenant will have a deduction from the deposit for the extra time spent cleaning the house, at the rate of 35€/hour. The tenant will be informed without delay by message platforms, SMS or email, with photo(s) and/or video(s). For tenants who don't want to think about cleaning before they leave, we also offer a "full cleaning" package, which will be charged at 30€/hour.
