The "Loire" Room is a separate room for 3 people located on the ground floor of an outbuilding of the owners' guesthouse, in the town of Saint-Benoit-sur-Loire.

Adapted for people with reduced mobility (Tourisme et Handicap certified), the 20 m² room has three 90x200 cm beds, an accessible bathroom (two sinks, adapted walk-in shower), and a separate toilet.

Overlooking the garden, you'll also enjoy a private terrace with garden furniture. Wi-Fi access.

Shared with the other rooms: Dining room in a beautiful shared veranda where breakfast (included in the price) will be served around a large table. A small living room is shared with the "La Loire" room. Shared kitchen, equipped with all comforts (except dishwasher and washing machine). "La Loire" room with three single beds (90 cm), a private bathroom and toilet, accessible to people with reduced mobility.
