Ideally located in the heart of the village of Saint-Brévin-les-Pins, just 700 metres from the sea, this 80 m² house, completely renovated, can accommodate up to 5 people. Close to shops, the market, bars and restaurants, it is the ideal starting point for discovering the Pays de Retz on foot or by bike and enjoying the coastline. Between seaside walks, discovery of local heritage and water sports activities, everything is there for a rejuvenating stay.



The accommodation offers three beds: A double bedroom upstairs (140 cm bed). On the ground floor; a single bedroom (90 cm bed) and a through room with a double bed (140 cm bed).

Then the house comprises an open-plan kitchen overlooking the dining room and equipped with induction hobs, an oven, a microwave, a fridge with freezer, a filter coffee maker and Senseo pod coffee maker, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, an electric citrus press and kitchen utensils. A comfortable lounge, a shower room and an independent toilet complete the rental.

For your comfort you will also find; Wi-Fi connection, a fan, a washing machine, a tumble dryer as well as outdoor furniture (table, chairs, parasol and charcoal barbecue)



The television does not receive TNT channels and provides access to a limited panel of channels, however you have access to TNT channels via their respective applications.
