Beautiful sea view. Entrance (pine wardrobe). Separate WC. Attractive renovated and tiled shower room (shower cubicle). Living/dining room with TV, 160cm sofa bed (2024), rattan lounge set. Kitchenette: small fridge with freezer, 4-burner ceramic hob, washing machine, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, toaster, kettle... One bedroom with a balcony overlooking the sea (1.26m2), 1 double bed (140cm), large wardrobe, pine chest of drawers. A second bedroom opening onto the terrace and the sea, with two single beds (80cm). Electric shutters. Secure free parking. Idyllic setting for a family holiday. Two fans, ironing kit. RESIDENCE WITH SECURE POOL open from June 1st to September 15th. NO PETS ALLOWED.
