The interior of this duplex maisonette is designed to comfortably accommodate four to six guests within approximately 47 m² of living space. The ground floor features a welcoming living area furnished with a double sofa bed and a TV, a primary bedroom with a double bed, and a shared modern bathroom that completes this level. The upper floor contains a second bedroom equipped with two single beds. The accommodation includes a kitchenette with a microwave, ceramic hobs, and a dishwasher, along with a private garden and garden furniture for outdoor relaxation.

Guests enjoy access to shared facilities, including an unheated outdoor swimming pool open from mid-June to mid-September, depending on the weather. The residence also offers an on-site petanque court for leisure.
