Superschöne, moderne FerienwohnungDas Grundstück grenzt direkt an den Strand, dieser ist über ein Gartentürchen zu erreichen. Es gibt viel Platz, um sein Gepäck zu verstauen. Das Wohnzimmer mit Küche ist riesengroß und gewährt einen traumhaften Blick auf das Meer.die Gastgeberin ist super freundlich und sehr leicht zu erreichen. Zudem war sie super hilfsbereit und hat mir zusätzlichen Küchenutensilien ausgeholfen.

Logement bien situé avec un parking. Propreté à revoir sérieusement en plus literies : matelas tachés et usagés draps de dessus rapiécé ( 2 morceaux cousus ) logement donné pour 5 alors que 2 lits de 2 places . À revoir la vaisselle 2 coupes de champagne dont 1 ébréchée et 3 bols dont 1 ébréché Chambrés non climatisées la climatisation du séjour ne suffit pour tout l appartement .

Appartement mit wunderbarer Aussicht

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub n Saint-Cyr. Die großzügig geschnittene Wohnung mit dem großen Balkon direkt hinter der Strandpromenade hat uns sehr gefallen. Es gab überall Wandschänke mit viel Platz. Ebenso ausreichend Parkplätze und durch ein Gartentor direkten Zugang zu Strand und Promenade. Sophie ist eine wirklich nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin und war immer für uns zu erreichen. Danke dafür :)

Un séjour très agréable

Un appartement très agréable et totalement conforme à l'annonce, une pièce à vivre très spacieuse et lumineuse, une cuisine très bien équipée, un très grand balcon avec une vue à couper le souffle dont on ne se lasse pas. Très propre, très bien situé, tout peut se faire à pieds, plage, esplanade, restaurants, petits commerces de proximité, proche de l'autoroute pour des excursions plus éloignées. Merci à Sophie pour son accueil chaleureux, les propriétaires sont à la fois discrets mais disponibles et réactifs. Une adresse à retenir et à recommander sans soucis.

Séjour très bref mais première impression très mitigée

Accueil par le mari de la propriétaire qui ne pouvait pas être présente. Il a été très aimable même si l'accueil fut très bref. La propriétaire devait passer nous voir par la suite. Nous avons dû quitter le logement à peine une heure après notre arrivee pour raison familiale. La première impression a été très mitigée surtout par rapport aux autres avis.... La vue est clairement magnifique avec d'immenses baies vitrees. Il y a un accès direct depuis le parking pour se rendre sur la plage. Emplacement de parking privatif qui est un gros plus. L'appartement est immense, très spacieux mais comme il est très peu meublé, il fait très vide. Les meubles ont bien vécu, notamment le canapé ( emplacement des assises et têtes totalement décolorés ) et la table de salon. Abat-jour de la lampe de salon taché d'oreoles. Poignée de porte cassée entre la partie nuit et jour. Four qui n'a pas été nettoyé. Papier peint déchiré dans les toilettes. Nombreuses traces sur les murs blancs ( éclaboussures, moisissures au plafond...) qui ont bien besoin d'un coup de peinture. Les salles de bains sont minuscules... Nous avons eu la joie de tomber sur un cafard agonisant sur le dos...Les joints de carrelage ont besoin d'être refaits . L'appartement a un gros potentiel mais il a vraiment besoin d'un menage de fond ( placards très sales, sous les lits...) et d'une remise à neuf. Cet avis s'est fait sur juste une heure de présence.

Wunderschöne Wohnung in absoluter Toplage

Wir haben in dieser Wohnung wunderschöne Ferien verlebt. Die Wohnung ist exakt wie beschrieben und riesig. Der große Balkon mit Blick auf das Meer ist einfach traumhaft. Direkter Zugang zum Strand und zum Meer. Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin wunderbar! Wir kommen wieder!

Idéalement placé avec vue mer

L'appartement offre une belle pièce de vie avec très belle vue mer et plage à 30m, idéal pour profiter pleinement de la plage. Commerces à proximité restaurants, bars et supermarchés. Nous avons passé une semaine parfaite sans prendre la voiture fréquemment. Un peu de bruit le matin car vie commercante mais on ne peut pas tout avoir ! Sophie est très efficace et présente si besoin, merci !
