Former home of a completely renovated farmhouse ideal for one / two families. At 200 m from the center (shops and market) and 600 meters from the beach and harbor.
Central living space, two bedrooms (double and 1 twin) and bathroom on one side, two bedrooms (one with 2 80x200 beds that can be combined and a twin) and bathroom on the other . new bedding. modern fitted kitchen (hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge), TV, dining area, lounge area. Wooden terrace, table and chairs aluminum garden chairs, BBQ. Private enclosed garden, parking in the garden, bicycle rack.
Linen provided (sheets, towels and tea towels). Wireless.
Baby cot and high chair available, linen cot not supplied.
Be careful the summer, because of the difficulties of circulation on the island notably on Saturday, the hirings begin and end on SUNDAY.

Jolie maison au calme

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, dans une maison très bien équipée, tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur et ainsi profiter du jardin fort agréable. Nous avons été accueillis très aimablement par Aurélia. La maison est au calme et les commerces sont à proximité, nous avons apprécié de pouvoir aller à pied au marché tous les matins pour acheter des produits frais et locaux. Nous recommandons sans réserve.

Excellent séjour

La maison est très bien agencée, les espaces sont très fonctionnels, et la deco est très belle. St Denis est un joli village, avec un agréable marché et un joli port. Bonne situation par rapport aux plages.

Parfait!

La maison est absolument parfaite. Très bien aménagée et confortable, même en hiver. Elle est parfaitement adaptée pour 8 personnes avec deux espaces nuit distincts ce qui permet d'accueillir deux familles dont chacune bénéficie d'un espace propre. La cuisine est très bien équipée et on trouve tout (et même plus) comme à la maison. Seul le tire-bouchon serait à renouveler.Les draps et serviettes (de qualité) sont fournis dans le prix de la location et les lits sont même faits à notre arrivée. Florence est une hôte très soucieuse du bien être de ses locataires. Nous sommes donc absolument ravis de notre séjour et reviendrons certainement à la belle saison.

Magnifiques vacances

Magnifiques vacances dans cette très agréable maison idéalement située à proximité du marché, de la plage et du centre de Saint Denis tout en étant dans un environnement calme. L'endroit est idéal pour profiter de l'école de voile ou pour faire des ballades à vélo. La maison est très confortable et bien équipée tout en ayant beaucoup de charme. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Maison super bien équipée, agréable et confortable pour 8 personnes. Literie impeccable, cuisine très bien équipée. Endroit calme mais aussi proche du village et des commerces. Charmant accueil des propriétaires qui séjournent à proximité et sont donc disponibles si on souhaite un renseignement. La maison correspond vraiment ce qui était annoncé. Que du bonheur!

La maison est très bien agencée, moderne et super bien équipée. Très facile à vivre pour 8 personnes. Idéalement située, nul besoin de voiture, l'île est sous vos pieds avec le marché et commerces à proximité. Plages, port et de très belles balades à vélo! Un petit coin de paradis avec les anges gardiens juste à côté.
