Walking trails, cross-country ski, snowshoeing (Eco-center Black Mountain and Cap de la Fée.) Access to Skidoo trails 2min.

Ski , skate, snowboard, skidoo or snowshoe , all nearby activities and then relax by one of the two fireplaces with family and friends.

In winter there is a slide for kids of all ages and quick access to many trails

In summer private beach with sand and a large dock. Included : 2 kayaks, 2 stand up paddle boards, canoe, pedal boat, life jackets, all for your unique experience.

Spacious and cozy cottage on 2 levels with 2 Living room 2 wood burning fireplaces. Wood is provided.

-Ruining spa water and requiring water to be changed 250$ penalty

-Dog poop ( if dogs are permitted)has to be picked up (penalty of 50$/ scoop)
