The apartment has a living room with large American kitchen; a living room of 35 m² with sofa and armchair bed for an extra bed. a bedroom with a bed for 2 people (160), a bathroom.
Other amenities include reversible air conditioning, a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, wine cellar, and a flat-screen TV.
