The place was so dirty, we left for another hotel. The member of staff on duty was completely disinterested and the hotel refused a refund. Expedia's response was that they could not help!

Nice clean, friendly budget hotel

We use this hotel as a stop before Le shuttle. Nice friendly staff, breakfast is pretty good and the rooms are comfortable and very clean, a good budget stop over. Also two nice places to eat within a minute walk. We stay with our two small dogs who are always welcome.

Great hotel for a stopover

Would definitely stay again. Perfect as a stopover for driving in France. Mcdonalds and lidl next door lots of parking and close to main road links. Comfy quiet rooms we all slept Perfect.

Great Hotel

We stopped for one night at the Ace Hotel in Rouen while travelling to the south of France, and it was fantastic. The rooms were spotless, the car park very secure, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Everything about our stay was excellent albeit was only one night – we honestly couldn’t fault it. We’ll definitely be using this hotel again in the future. Highly recommended!

This is our second stay in this ACE Rouen. Simple ,in good condition and very clean. Staff polite and friendly enough. Comfortable bed, not so much the pillow in my view. Location was good for us not far from motorway.
