Lovely and welcoming hotel

The hotel was a lovely hotel for it's star rating. The reception staff were very friendly helpful and informative and spoke english for the non francophones. As the rugby world cup was on the weekend I stayed there the staff were super informative to all visiting fans regarding transportation to the city centre and around the city. I would stay there again

Use the hotel parking!!!

Checking in was somewhat confused due to some planning mistake by the hotel but the staff solved that after 10-15 minutes. Unfortunately we declined paying €8.90 to park in the hotel parking and left the car in the street. DON'T DO THAT!!! Two broken car windows, stolen luggage and 3 hours at the police station ruined our day but the hotel staff tried to help us as well as they could. Hotel room ok, didn't try their breakfast.

C'est mon second séjour, la première fois j'avais pris par erreur une chambre très petite, celle-là est parfaite en taille (dommage par contre que la fenêtre donne sur une entrée de parking mais en tout cas aucun bruit ne passe les deux fenêtres à double vitrage et je n'étais pas là pour du tourisme)

A choisir si situation pratique pour vous

Accueil et personnel sympathique et aidant. Chambre très petite mais sans doute erreur de choix lorsque je l'ai retenue, isolation phonique médiocre et voisins un bruyants, siège toilettes en mauvais état. Emplacement pratique pour moi mais très très peu de restauration autre que rapide à proximité. Je reviendrai parce qu'il est très bien situé pour moi mais je retiendrais une bien plus grande chambre.
