Spacious 2 room apartment, with separate bedroom, on the 1st and last floor, of the luxury Crystal Beach residence, with secure and direct access to the Raisins Clairs beach.

The residence is located in a magnificent tropical garden, on the edge of the beach, calm, secure, with 2 swimming pools, 1 of which is for children.
At the entrance of the residence, you will find a small shopping center nearby, with a bakery, gym, massage, hairdresser, newsagent, grocery store, snack bar, restaurant on the beach.

We just bought this beautiful apartment, and are currently renovating it, which explains why we don't have any comments yet.
The decoration will be redone, in the current trend styles.
Our comfortable apartment will enchant you with its spacious and airy terrace, sea view and swimming pool.

The living room has a comfortable 2-seater sofa bed, 100 cm LED TV, individual secure WiFi, and plenty of storage.
The kitchen is equipped: dishwasher, washing machine, vitro plates, microwave, oven, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, toaster, quality kitchen utensils, with a dining area for 4 people.
The air-conditioned bedroom is separated with a comfortable 160 bed, bedside tables, lamps, closet.

This secure complex is located 10 minutes' walk from the seaside resort of St François and its activities: water sports, diving, Kite surfing, golf, big game fishing, excursions to La Désirade and Petite Terre, La Marina and its restaurants.

Guadeloup's Hidden Gem - Un Joyau Cache

1er sejour en Guadeloupe en famille. 2 semaines passees dans cette superbe apartement. Tres bien equipe et tres propre. Bien situe dans une residence securisee. Les hotes, Christine et Daniel, etaint super sympa et aidants! Merci pour la bouteille du Planteur, c'etait genial! Le manager, Nathalie, etait gentil and aidants aussi. Avec accueil tres chaleureux et de bon conseil. Sans doute, nous reviendrons! Merci, Christine, Daniel et Nathalie pour un sejour tres agreable!

Nous avons apprécié la communication avec les propriétaires et la gentillesse de Nathalie à notre arrivée. Le logement correspond à l'annonce. La.decoration est soignée et l'équipement au top ! Le logement est bien située; piscine, commerces avec une boulangerie top! Et centre ville.pas loin. La.plage est juste à la sortie de la résidence et nous avons pu en profiter la 2eme.semaine . A recommander ++++

Nous avons séjourné 4 semaines dans cet agréable appartement situé dans la résidence Crystal Beach à deux pas de la plage des raisins clairs. Appartement très bien situé dans une résidence très agréable et calme, appartement sécurisé, parc et piscines sécurisés, accès direct plage, résidence avec commerces, boulangerie ( excellent pain) , supérette ( on y trouve de tout ) restos/snack de plage, place de parking. L'appartement : une superbe vue mer et piscine, bien ventilé , déco chic et sobre, superbe terrasse/cuisine pour prendre les repas , équipement au top ( vaisselle , électroménager, TV , wifi ) rien ne manque. Literie et linge de maison en quantité et de grande qualité. Propreté impeccable sans oublier le sympathique accueil de Christine et les petites attentions à l'arrivée . ( un petit déjeuner tout prêt et Une bouteille d'excellent planteur pour bien débuter les vacances) Merci Christine . Très bien situé: plage des raisins clairs, proche de Ste Anne pour les autres belles plages: Jolan, caravelle..et accés Basse Terre . Arrêt des Bus à moins de 5 mn permettant la visite de Pointe à Pitre sans les embouteillages, Centre de St François accessible à pied en 20 mn, ( marché de la Rotonde et Marina pour prendre un pot en fin de soirée) Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous recommandons fortement.
