Dear Tenants,

At the start of this new season, we inform you that we have done some work for your comfort in our studio.
We have :
- replaced the seagrass floor covering by floating parquet with matching plinths and door sills.
- replaced the window handle that was loose
- replaced the living room radiator with a radiant
- replaced the bathroom radiator with a towel radiator
- put the television in height to prevent children from writing on it (it has been cleaned and the image is of good quality)
- put at your disposal a soap dispenser in the bathroom
- put at your disposal a new broom and a dusting broom for the parquet.

We also specify that we do not provide linens and that you have at your disposal:
4 pillows 40x60
2 quilts 130x190
1 duvet 240x220

In a chalet residence, on the 2nd floor without elevator, charming studio, equipped with a main room accommodating 4 people. This room is separated in two by a sliding partition. (see photos)

The studio including:
• an entrance with coat rack and built-in cupboard
• a built-in kitchen with fridge, 4 electric hotplates, an oven, a kettle, a toaster, a coffee maker, a set of dishes, with pressure cooker -.
• Living room with French window opening onto the balcony and remarkable view of the Mont-Blanc massif, a sofa bed for 2 people, a pull-out bed 2 x 1 person
• Equipment: drying rack, vacuum cleaner, TV, ski locker (in the basement). Electric heating.
• Bathroom with tub-shower, w-c.

In summer, the residence has a large heated swimming pool at the foot of Mont Blanc and two tennis courts available. Many hikes are possible because the residence is in a very green nature. Many marked paths allow you to discover this exceptional site in the best conditions.

Semaine au ski à 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Logement très bien, conforme aux attentes, de taille suffisante. Petite station, peu d'activités le soir mais bien équipée par ailleurs (ESF, restos midi, petite épicerie, location skis). Accès au centre station pas évident à pieds (surtout skis ou bagages à la main) mais pratique via télésiège quand le niveau le permet (piste bleue).

Petit mais fonctionnel, emplacement idéal . Peut-être prévoir un peu plus de rangement, notamment dans le local à ski des étagères serait les bienvenues pour pouvoir rangement les chaussures de skis plus facilement !!

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans ce studio tout à fait fonctionnel, proche des pistes et au calme. Mention spéciale pour Stéphanie (accueil, sympathie et serviabilité). Allez gouter ses crêpes, faites maison et de saison!

Très bien situé pour skier car on peut partir ski au pied de la résidence. Petit studio avec très belle vue mais pour 2 ou 3 personnes maximum. Seul petit bémol la literie pas très confortable et les alèses de lits laissent à désirer . Nous avons tout de même passé un bon séjour .

Annonce à tiroirs avec piège

L'annonce est trompeuse, elle ne permet pas de savoir clairement le coût complet de la location. Il faut aller cliquer sur un lien "plus de détails" dans le descriptif de l'équipement du studio, pour surprise voir apparaître une prestation supplémentaire. Si vous n'avez pas déjoué le piège, et que vous avez payé vous êtes le pigeon idéal, car ce n'est que lorsque vous recevez le contrat de location que, là , cette prestation est notée bien clairement. Pour ma part j'ai payé l'équivalent d'une nuit pour une prestation de "ménage" alors que j'ai loué pour 2 nuits !!! Studio froid, très mauvais couchage dans convertible bas de gamme, vaisselle et frigo pas propres, eau chaude tout juste tiède et couleur café... Seules la proximité des pistes et la vue sauvent la mise.
