Cocoonr offers this charming Savoyard chalet for rent in Saint-Gervais-les-Bains, combining old-world charm with modern comforts and a breathtaking view of Mont Blanc and the Prarion.
It is within walking distance of the ski resort, has a floor area of 120 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests.

It comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 600 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The chalet is divided as follows:
Ground floor:
- 30 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) with en-suite bathroom (with bath and WC)
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200) with en-suite shower room (with shower and WC)
- Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

First floor:
- A 35 m² mezzanine comprising a sitting area with sofa and TV and a fourth bedroom with two single beds.

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

Outside :
- A beautiful open and private 600 m² garden facing South/East
- A 40 m² wooden terrace facing south/east, with views of Mont Blanc and furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The chalet is ideally located in Saint-Gervais-les-Bains, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Nearest airport: Geneva, 90 km away
- Free public transport FACILIBUS every 10 minutes in high season and 30 minutes the rest of the year. The "Le St Martin" stop is at the bottom of the path to the cable cars.
