What a perfect house!!!

We rent several times a year nice house via HomeAway, but this is the first house where everything is perfect! The house, including the outside terrace is clean and spacious, nice view over the ocean (and sunset) while having breakfast/dinner, the kitchen is very well equipped (including a Nespresso machine which is a good alternative if you're used to an espressomachine at home). The beds are good/firm, indoor Pool (with back current option) and Spa are amazing. Living room with big flatscreen (nice for connecting my mediaplayer with films :-)) In short: wonderful penthouse for enjoying and relaxing!! I even hesitated to write this review because I surely want to come back when I'm in France, so I should not make to many people enthusiastic for this penthouse :-)! By the way, Nicolas is very friendly and helpful, always trying to answer my many questions ansd is also very correct about to the financial settlement. I got my security deposit back at my Dutch account within three days!

Excellent séjour en famille, dans un appartement exceptionnel à la décoration soignée et avec une vue sur mer incroyable ! La piscine et le jacuzzi sont un plus et permettent un séjour hivernale en bord de mer, ainsi que le chemin pédestre et cyclable qui longe la cÎte. Le lieu est magnifique. La villa bien conçue (vue à 180° sur mer) est trÚs bien équipée , décorée avec goût et beaucoup de soins. Tres beau duplex tout équipé tres tres belle vue sur la mer et piece avec piscine et spa splendide... Petit bemol a la reservation il y avait un billard mais plus a notre arrivee, et le contre-courant de la piscine ne fonctionnait pas...a part ça excellent sejour je recommande. La vue de la terrasse est magnifique avec le coucher de soleil superbe.la terrasse demi couverte est trĂšs apprĂ©ciable quand il pleut un peu. L’appartement est bien Ă©quipĂ©,la distribution des chambre est pas forcĂ©ment pratique.aprĂšs on s’adapte. Le centre ville n’est pas forcĂ©ment Ă  cĂŽtĂ© mais cela permet de longer la cĂŽte Ă  pied et c’est agrĂ©able sinon il faut prendre la voiture ou les vĂ©los prĂȘter dans la location. L’ascenseur est trĂšs apprĂ©ciable quand on rentre d’une bonne balade mĂȘme si l’appartement n’est situĂ© qu’au deuxiĂšme et dernier Ă©tage. La rĂ©sidence est trĂšs calme avec seulement 4 logement et trĂšs propre.le parking et la place dans la rĂ©sidence sont trĂšs apprĂ©ciable. Dommage que dans la piscine la nage Ă  contre courant ne fonctionne pas. Le jacuzzi avec vue mer est trĂšs bien . L’accueil de Perrine est trĂšs bien et trĂšs ponctuelle. Ce sĂ©jour en famille a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs apprĂ©ciable avec une belle semaine passĂ©e Ă  prendre l’apĂ©ro sur la terrasse.😉 Je recommande ce logement. Merci

Gut Lage direkt am Atlantik, aber ohne Fahrrad oder Auto ist man verloren.

Im Internet gut beschrieben. Mit Billardtisch, dieser ist eigentlich der abgedeckte Esstisch. Drei Defekte Cue. Der Tisch ist schief. Der Pool hat im Internet eine Gegenstromanlage, in Wirklichkeit ist die wegen LĂ€rmbelĂ€stigung der unterhalb liegenden Wohnung abgestellt und darf nicht benutzt werden. Wozu brauche ich denn dann einen Pool? Der ist ja nicht gerade groß! Im Internet stand, 6 FahrrĂ€der vor Ort. 4 davon sind fĂŒr Kinder unter 10 Jahre, zwei sind Schrott, vordere Bremse geht nicht, Schaltung funktioniert teilweise nicht, Sattelverstellung verrostet, etc. Der zusĂ€tzliche Whirlpool konnte von 14 gemieteten Tagen an 5 wegen WasserqualitĂ€tsproblemen erst garnicht benutzt werden. Der elektrische Außengrill viel am Tag eins aus, da der Stecker durchgebrannt war. Am nĂ€chsten Tag kam Hilfe der sich das Problem ansah, wiederum ein Tag spĂ€ter wurde der Grill repariert sowie die komplette Aussensteckdose erneuert. Zum GlĂŒck ist die Gegend fĂŒr ihren Wein und das Essen bekannt. Gerne wieder dort hin, aber nicht mehr in dieses Appartement. Am Abreisetag kam die Frau zur RĂŒcknahme der Wohnung und Rpckzahlung der Kaution um 40 Minuten zu spĂ€t. Vermieter sagte Sie habe verschlafen, die Frau sagte, ich dachte sie möchten erst um 10 Uhr zurĂŒck nach Deutschland fahren. Es wurde aber schriftlich 8:00 Uhr vereinbart. Also Zusammenfassend: sehr schöne Gegend, wir sind Familie und hatten trotzdem Spaß.

Le penthouse est trÚs bien équipé. L'accueil de Perrine est chaleureux. L'ensemble de l'appartement est soigné et propre. La mise à disposition des vélos est un plus( nombreuses pistes cyclables). C'est par contre dommage qu'il faille payer des suppléments pour le linge de lit, de toilette.... Location haut de gamme qui pourrait d'emblée intégrer tous ces à-cÎtés. Le coût de la location peut vite grimper en frais supplémentaires ! Le début du séjour s'est fait sous la grisaille et la pluie, la piscine , le jacuzzi et le billard ont largement compensé la météo ! Puis le ciel s'est éclairé ce qui nous a permis de profiter de la terrasse avec une vue magnifique. C'est une location que je recommande vivement !

Nous n'étions pas dans cette location pour des vacances mais pour travailler dans un environnement agréable et nous pouvons dire que travailler sur l'ordinateur avec cette vue magnifique sur la mer en permanence, c'était le bonheur ! Stunning View/ superb duplex

This is a very well equipped duplex with stunning view over the atlantic Ocean. We enjoyed the Pool and jacuzzi very much. Another plus was the Barbecue ,we used it nearly every day to grill fresh seafood. The small beaches just over the Street are very nice and Not Crowdsourcing. Very nice contact with the owner, Nicolas, who was always very helpful. Can absolutely recommend this property!
