The house is on the water across from Sanibel Island at the end of Monroe Canal. Enjoy the awesome view from the deck overlooking the mangroves and water.
Bring your boat, boat lift is available for boats up to 5,000lbs and/or up to 24ft.
Launch the included kayaks or just sit back on the deck and watch the boats and dolphins. Great fishing awaits you in the sound, or head out into the Gulf for a really big catch.

This property is at the end of the canal, which greatly decreases your no-wake time navigating canals, both going out and coming back in. Monroe Canal Marina boat ramp is just up the canal.

You will find it very clean, along with great WIFI throughout!

Pine Island is more of a slow island-type tempo than even the rest of western Florida. There are several bars and restaurants close by, but no high-rise condos on Pine Island. The neighborhood is mostly seniors and families with grandchildren.
Frequent visitors from the sea include dolphins and manatees right in front of the house.

Ample parking in the driveway for a boat trailer. Boat and Golf Cart rentals available nearby. Saint James City is a street legal golf cart community!
