The apartment is atypical and is very well located with direct access to the central beach.
Close to all amenities, 15 minutes walk from the SNCF train station, 2 minutes from the main pedestrian street.
Located on the top floor of a building with elevator, you will not overlook, a view of the rooftops of Saint Jean de Luz, the beach and the surrounding mountains (the Rhune). A parking space is available in front of a box in an adjacent street.

You have a fully equipped kitchen open to dining room and living room.

On the same level, the room with 2 single beds (80 by 200) and a wardrobe (some small games for children)

The bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, washing machine and dryer (hair dryer) also.

The entrance with a wardrobe (vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron).

On the first floor, a room with a view of the "Rhune" and "3 crowns" (mountains) small balcony with sea views.

Excellent séjour dans un magnifique appartement

Appartement spacieux, magnifiquement rénové et décoré, très fonctionnel et avec des vues splendides sur St Jean de Luz ! En duplex aux 2 derniers étages avec ascenseur, dans un bel immeuble. L'appartement est parfaitement équipé, il n'y manque rien (cuisine très complète, tout le nécessaire pour le linge - lave-linge, sèche-linge, nécessaire à repasser, jeux pour les enfants etc). Les enfants ont adoré leur chambre, et nous les parents, avons pu profiter de cette vue panoramique sublime depuis la chambre atypique de l'étage ! L'emplacement est privilégié, à 2 pas de la plage, et tous commerces et restaurants à pieds. La voiture est garée à 5mn de marche. Très bonne communication avec les propriétaires ainsi qu'avec les personnes de la conciergerie, un accueil comme à la maison !

Merci à Sophie pour son accueil souriant, ponctuel et efficace.L'appartement est tel que décrit sur le site, très belle rénovation. L'emplacement est idéal à 50 m de la mer à 500 m du marché, tout se fait à pieds. Nous reviendrons.

Excellent séjour dans cet appartement magnifique et très bien situé au centre de st Jean et tout près de la plage et cependant très calme. Cuisine bien équipée et fonctionnelle. De ma maman de 92 ans à ma petite nièce de 3 ans , tout le monde a été très heureux.

The flat you see from the beach and you wish is yours.

The flat is a duplex with a second floor that has a suite double bedroom with an almost 360• view of Sait Jean de Luz and the ocean, woooooow. Newly refurbished with good taste. 5 to 10 minutes walk from anything you could need. We had a great time and highly recommend this place.
