The spacious 25 m² living room is filled with natural light thanks to large windows opening onto the private 15 m² terrace. It features a double sofa bed, ideal for accommodating extra guests. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, as well as appliances such as a filter coffee machine, toaster, and raclette and fondue sets. Everything is designed to let you cook and enjoy meals with ease.
Bedrooms:
The apartment has two bedrooms. The first bedroom includes a queen-size bed, offering a comfortable resting space. The second bedroom has two 90 cm single beds, perfect for children. The bedrooms are decorated in a contemporary Savoyard style, combining charm and modernity.
Bathroom:
The bathroom is fitted with a modern shower, sink, and storage for personal items.
Terrace:
The 15 m² terrace is a real highlight, offering a peaceful outdoor space with breathtaking views of the valley and surrounding mountains. It’s the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or a dinner al fresco.

The apartment is ideally located just 20 minutes by car from the Orelle ski lifts, providing direct access to Les 3 Vallées, the world’s largest ski area! Orelle is easily reached via the highway, well cleared of snow throughout winter. This avoids long mountain climbs and winding roads, making your journey more comfortable and faster. In about 30 minutes, you can also reach Saint-Jean-d’Arves, Le Corbier, Saint-Sorlin-d’Arves, Albiez-Montrond, La Toussuire, and Les Karellis.

Maurienne is the world’s largest cycling area, with over 1,600 km of marked routes and legendary passes (Galibier, Télégraphe, Croix-de-Fer, Iseran, Madeleine…). Hikers will appreciate the proximity of the Vanoise National Park, with its marked trails, mountain lakes, exceptional wildlife, and flora. Families can enjoy activities such as via ferrata, swimming in natural lakes, adventure parks, festivals, and local markets.
