Living Room and Kitchen:
The living room is a relaxing space equipped with a sofa and a television, open to the dining area where a large table can seat up to 14 people. The kitchen, also open to the dining area, is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, a coffee machine (filter) and raclette machines. A 70 m² terrace is accessible from the living room, offering a lovely outdoor area where you can relax, dine al fresco, or simply enjoy the view!

Bedrooms:
The apartment features 4 bedrooms. The first is furnished with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm). The next two each have a queen-size bed and a single bed (90x190 cm). The last bedroom, designed as a "dormitory," includes a queen-size bed, two single beds, and a bunk bed, making it ideal for children. Each bedroom has access to a balcony, and one of them is equipped with a desk.

Bathrooms:
Two large bathrooms are available, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, catering to all your comfort needs.

Other Amenities:
- The apartment has high-speed Wi-Fi.
- A washing machine is available in the apartment.
- A secure private storage room is provided for your ski gear and bikes.
- Baby equipment (cot, highchair) is available on request so the whole family feels comfortable.
- Board games are also available to liven up your evenings.

Ski Access and Winter Sports:
The apartment is ideally located just 20 minutes by car from the Orelle ski lifts, which provide direct access to Les 3 Vallées, the largest ski area in the world! Access to Orelle is easy via the highway, which is well cleared throughout the winter. This way, you avoid long climbs to the resort and winding mountain roads, making your journey more comfortable and faster. In about 30 minutes, you can also reach Saint-Jean-d’Arves, Le Corbier, Saint-Sorlin-d’Arves, Albiez-Montrond, La Toussuire, and Les Karellis.

Summer Activities: Cycling, Hiking, and Nature:
Maurienne is the world’s largest cycling area with more than 1,600 km of marked routes and legendary passes (Galibier, Télégraphe, Croix-de-Fer, Iseran, Madeleine…). Hikers will also enjoy the nearby Vanoise National Park, with its marked trails, mountain lakes, and exceptional flora and wildlife. Families can take part in many activities: via ferrata, swimming in natural lakes, adventure parks, festivals, and local markets.

- Elevator access to the apartment is available.
- Bed linen (sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases) and towels are provided as sets. Beds are not made upon arrival.
- Pets are welcome (a €30 supplement applies for additional cleaning).
- A €500 security deposit is required for each booking. We use Swikly, a secure online system for deposits. No amount is debited from your bank account.

In addition to this apartment, we offer 3 other units in the same building: two that each sleep 6 people and one that sleeps 14. Altogether, the 4 apartments can host up to 40 guests, making it ideal for large groups or families staying together. Contact us directly for more information!
