You'll love this fully equipped, bright and very comfortable studio with a beautiful balcony facing the sea in a small residence with a lift! Very well located, you can cross the esplanade to go swimming, and the shops in the Demoiselles district (bakery, mini-market, bar-tobacconist and summer market) are only 500 metres away, so you can do everything on foot!
This accommodation will be the starting point for your excursions along the Côte de Lumière, such as the Passage du Gois to get to the Île de Noirmoutier, the Île d'Yeu or, a little further away, the Puy du Fou!
