The harbour, beach and pier are literally at the foot of the villa: all you have to do is walk along the crystal-clear waters to reach the swimming areas and enjoy the water sports.

- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160x200), en-suite shower room with WC, electric shutters and direct access to the garden through a bay window

Connoisseurs of fine cuisine can enjoy tailor-made gastronomic experiences thanks to our chef services (delivery, private chef...). Transport :
- The regular SIBRA bus lines Y51 and 15, with a stop located 15 minutes' walk from the Villa, make it easy to reach Annecy city centre (about 20 minutes).
- Geneva international airport can be reached in around 35 minutes by car. Buses and private shuttles also run between Geneva and Annecy. For greater comfort, we recommend that you use taxis or VTC services.
- If you choose to come by car, a private parking space is available in front of the residence.
