Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty 24 m² living room, an open-plan fully-equipped kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom and two balconies to enjoy the mountain air. The accommodation is as follows:
Day area:
- A 24 m² living room with TV, sofa bed (double) and dining area.
- An open kitchenette equipped with, among other things: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Senseo pod coffee maker...
Sleeping area:
- One bedroom with two double beds (140×190), and a single bunk bed on top of one of the double beds.
- Bathroom with bath and WC.

Outside area:
- A balcony of around 5 m², facing west, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather, as well as a second balco.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, fan, iron.

The flat is ideally located in Saint-Léger-les-Mélèzes, in a very pleasant setting 300 metres from the ski slopes and shops. All the essential shops are close by, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Saint-Leger forest.
- Les Ecrins riding centre.
- Ecrins National Park.
- Lac de Serre-Ponçon approx. 40 km away.
- Gap about 22 km away.

Activities :
In winter: winter sports, dog sledding, tobogganing, ski joëring, snake gliss (toboggan train that winds along the slopes), snow tubbing (snow buoy race) or yooner (halfway between tobogganing and skiing), ice rink etc...
In summer: forest walks, horse riding, paragliding, visits to the castle and the village bell tower, mountain biking, fitness trail, beach volleyball, tennis, adventure trail, lake, donkey trail, educational farms, etc...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park close to the accommodation.

- Nearest train station: Gap station, about 25 minutes' drive away.
- Nearest airport: Marseille Provence airport, about 2 hours 11 minutes by car.
