Single storey gîte of 170 m2: entrance, kitchen, dining room, living room, bedroom (double bed 160cm accessible to people with reduced mobility) with private shower room and WC, games room-library for children, laundry room, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160cm) + (1 double bed 140cm and 1 single bed 90cm), shower room and separate WC. Outdoor games for children. Possibility of fishing and pedal boating (life jackets provided) in the owners' lake at the bottom of the gîte. There are two year-round rentals on the property, separated from the gîte by large agricultural buildings. Please note: the gîte is not suitable for hosting companies.
