Located in a renowned residential area of Saint-Malo, 150 m from the sea, the beach of La Hoguette and the thermal baths, on the 3rd and last floor of a bourgeois house from the 20s, calm and very sunny, this apartment will know seduce you with its neat decoration, its soothing atmosphere, its quality services, its unobstructed and pleasant views, its parking facilities in the neighborhood, its privileged location 5 minutes walk from the sea, the beaches and the thalassotherapy center, 5 mins walk from restaurants and shops (Carrefour Market supermarket, bakery, caterer ...), 15 mins from the port, docks and conference center, 20 mins from the city center by the seafront.
Renovated with high-end materials, it is equipped with household appliances, new bedding and furniture, wi-fi in all rooms and can accommodate up to 5 people.
It consists of a living room open onto a fitted kitchen, 2 spacious bedrooms (14 and 12 m2), one with a 160 x 200 bed, the other with a 160 x 200 bed and a 90 bed x 200, a bathroom with walk-in shower, separate WC with hand basin, a utility room with washing machine and dryer.
It has several large storage units in the bedrooms (cupboards, wardrobe) and the living room (dresser).
We have made the choice of materials suitable for allergy sufferers: paints without solvents, absence of textile coverings (neither curtains, nor carpets), old parquet refinished with ecological varnish.

Free parking in the street.

Rental from Saturday to Saturday in high season; rental from 3 nights during the week and 2 nights at weekends in mid and low seasons; rental of several months possible between September and June.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt ☀️

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Saint-Malo. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, sehr kurzer Weg zum Strand, nah an einem kleinen Supermarkt. Die Wohnung bietet alles, was benötigt wird und ist gut ausgestattet 👍. Die ganze Umgebung ist sehr schön und ruhig. Wir können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

Very pleasant stay next to beach, between Saint-Malo and Parame. Accommodation had everything that is necessary and was clean and quiet. Tended to become very warm during recent heatwave. Perhaps shutters or curtains on living room windows would help?

Excellent séjour à Saint-Malo

Nous avons passé 4 nuits à Saint-Malo dans cet appartement qui correspond totalement à l'annonce. L'appartement très bien équipé se trouve près (1-2 min) du Sillon et de la plage dans un quartier calme et agréable. Les deux chambres sont grandes et les lits confortables. On a surtout aimé le bon accueil de Séverine et la communication avec alle avant notre arrivé à Saint-Malo. À recommander!

Un appartement cosy et agréable. Proche des thermes, de commerces et accès à Saint Malo intramiros en 30 minutes par la plage du Sillon. Seul petit bémol, à connaitre mais pas dérangeant pour nous, beaucoup de marches pour accéder à l'appartement. Lieu à recommander pour son calm, la propreté, la déco et la situation !

Idéalement situé à deux pas de la mer et des commerces

Ne pas se fier aux parties communes un brin vieillottes, appartement au dernier étage, bien équipé, jolis meubles, deux chambres spacieuses, lumineux. La pièce à vivre est un peu étroite pour 4 personnes. Le gros plus de cette location est sa localisation. A recommander.

Appartement très charmant, au calme, énormément de cachet, spacieux (2 grandes chambres), tout équipé, à 5 minutes à pieds de la plage et proche de toutes commodités... on pose les valises, et on respire les embruns marins. Superbe appartement très bien situé

Appartement très bien situé car pas très loin du centre, que l'on rejoint par le bord de mer, et au calme. L'appartement a été refait avec goût et est très bien équipé. Lit bébé et chaise haute sont meme à disposition. La literie est confortable. Enfin nous avons eu un très bon accompagnement a notre arrivée et a notre départ. Je recommande !

Für uns war es super

Die Wohnung war für uns super. Sie ist schön eingerichtet, nah am Wasser und wir konnten mit dem Auto in der Nähe parken. Wer täglich kochen möchte wird das ein oder andere Küchenutensil vermissen. Sehr unkompliziert und flexibel war die Schlüsselübergabe am Anfang und am Ende unseres Aufenthaltes. Vielen Dank dafür!

L'appartement situé sous les toits (3ème sans ascenseur) d'une maison ancienne offre une jolie vue sur le charmant quartier de Paramé. Bien conçu, joliment décoré et très propre. Literie impeccable. Points à améliorer : l'accueil un peu raide et le manque de clarté sur le site Abritel (sur les prix et prestations déjà payées/ restant dûes).
