The Villa Ker Alexis is like a boat on water. It is composed of:

On the ground floor: an entrance landing leading to a hall with corridor, staircase to the upper half level, a blind room used as a dressing room, a living room with decorative fireplace, an independent equipped kitchen, an independent wc.

On the first floor: the corridor leads to a double bedroom with access to the terrace, an adjoining bedroom with a single bed, and a third bedroom with two single beds and a brand new bathroom.

On the second floor: the corridor leads to a double bedroom and a brand new shower room. In the basement under the whole house, a boiler room and laundry room as well as an additional refrigerator.

Thanks to its location you can enjoy the immense beach at the foot of the villa (stairs to access the beach directly in front of the Villa) and go for walks, rollerblading or cycling on the seawall.

For the nautical activities of your choice, the nautical school is located at 200m (Surf School). In good weather, the sunsets behind the national fort will offer itself to you so that you can take your most beautiful pictures.

Depending on the moment, kitesurfers, windsurfers or surfers will guarantee you a nice show. But, if you don't want to do anything and just meditate while looking at the sea, then this is the right place!

A mini-market and many restaurants are very close to the apartment and the Grand Hotel des Thermes is located a few hundred meters away.
