The Cocoonr agency offers this 56 m² apartment for rent in St Malo, in the Solidor district, just a few steps from the beach, with Wi-Fi (fiber optics) and able to accommodate up to 4 travelers. Located on the 3rd floor (no elevator), it comprises an attractive 30 m² living room with fully-equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom with sea view, and a bathroom (with shower). Housekeeping is included in the rental price, and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
Main level:
- 30 m² living room with TV and sofa bed
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Separate WC.

First floor, mezzanine :
- A bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160×200), which can be separated into 2 single beds (please specify when booking).
- Bathroom with Italian shower.

For added comfort, the apartment also includes: a washing machine, an ironing board and iron, a high chair, and a travel crib (available upon request when booking). For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not provide an additional mattress beyond the one included with the crib. Feel free to bring your own if needed.

Transport:

If you are arriving by car, you can park for free nearby at Esplanade Menguy, Place St-Pierre, or Parking de la Montre.

- Bus stop near the apartment: Solidor stop – Line 8.
- Nearest train station: Saint-Malo Station, about 7 minutes by car (2.8 km).
- Nearest airport: Rennes Airport, about 1 hour by car (76 km).
- Saint-Malo ferry terminal: 5 minutes by car or 20 minutes on foot. Ferries to Portsmouth, Jersey, and Guernsey.
