Cocoonr agncey offers this charming 53 m² flat for rent in Saint-Malo, 50 metres from the beach, with wifi (fibre optics), which can accommodate up to 3 people. Located on the 2nd floor (with lift). It comprises a lovely 20 m² living room opening onto a balcony, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a bathroom (with shower).
The accommodation is made up as follows:
- A 20 m² living room with TV and 1 double sofa bed
- Separate kitchen, equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with 1 king-size bed (180×200)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the accommodation includes additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- You can enjoy a balcony with table and chairs offering a glimpse of the sea.
The flat is ideally located in Saint-Malo, in a very pleasant environment, close to the Sillon dyke. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market, the beach and the thalassotherapy centre...
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Bus: lines 1 and 6, "DIGUE" stop
- Nearest train station: 2.5 km in St Malo
- Nearest airport: 75 km in Rennes
Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels included
- Free Wifi available (fibre optic)
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
- Cot and highchair available (on request when booking, we can install a cot for your baby. For reasons of safety and hygiene, we do not provide a mattress, apart from the one already included with the cot. Feel free to bring your own if you wish.)
