Private: well-kept garden 21 m2 (fenced), public parking on the road. Supermarket 2.4 km, restaurant 200 m, bakery 400 m, bus stop "Bourg de Tharon" 2 km, railway station "Gare de Pornic" 12 km, sandy beach "Grande Plage de Tharon" 550 m, thermal baths "Thalasso & Spa Pornic" 10 km. Sports harbour 9 km, golf course (18 hole) 8 km, minigolf 2 km. Nearby attractions: Biscuiterie galettes Saint Michel 3 km, Faïencerie de Pornic 7 km, Pornic Aventure 8 km, Légendia Parc 22 km, Les Machines de l'Ile de Nantes 55 km, Ile de Noirmoutier 66 km.
