It is composed of an entrance cabin with 2 bunk beds (90cm), a living room with a flat screen TV and a sofa bed. Its kitchen area is equipped with 2 electric hobs, a microwave, a mini-oven and a table-top fridge...

SMALL PETS ONLY ARE ALLOWED - GARDEN FURNITURE - PRIVATE PARKING SPACE N° 72 - CITY CENTER
To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:
* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
