The comfortable bedroom with a 140 cm pull-out bed, the shower room with washing machine, and the separate toilet ensure maximum comfort for your stay.

The real highlight is the 28 m² private terrace, furnished with garden seating and a manual awning—perfect for enjoying a sunny breakfast or an evening drink.

For added convenience, the apartment provides direct access to the underground garage (space n°15, suitable for a small car).

This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.

For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :

* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
