Schöne Ferienimmobilie oben auf dem Berg

Sehr nette Begrüßung und angenehmer Kontakt mit Katia, die die Immobilie verwaltet. Das Haus und die Ausstattung ist sicher etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles funktioniert und ist nutzbar. Traumhafter Blick und ein toller Pool für die ganze Familie. Die Immobilie ist fussläufig aus dem Tal ( von der Küste) NICHT ERREICHBAR, man benötigt unbedingt ein Auto.

Man muss ein wenig fahren um die Unterkunft am Berg zu erreichen aber gerade das führt zu einer für uns grandiosen Lage und einem tollen Ausblick über Landschaft und Meer. Klar zu empfehlen.

Der Ausblick des Hauses ist Wahnsinn! Schöner Pool! Leider waren sowohl Möbel als auch der Garten etwas abgewohnt! Beispiel: Heraushängende Steckdosen, hohes Unkraut verdeckt den Blick ... könnte man schöner gestalten! Übergabe etc hat super geklappt!

Maison très bien située, la vue est exceptionnelle et représente l'atout majeur de cette location; Piscine et terrasse agréables. Certains points sont à améliorer dans la maison notamment l'état du placard dans une des chambres du rez de chaussée ainsi que les connections du climatiseur.

Tolles Haus mit wunderschönem Ausblick

Weiter hoch geht es glaube ich nicht. Die Fahrt nach oben war schon spektakulär, aber dann die Auffahrt zum Haus - abartig. Steile Auffahrt ist wirklich nicht übertrieben! Das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Schön renoviert. Durchgeputzt haben wir selbst nochmal. Kaffeemaschine bringen wir auch selbst mit. Das möchten wir nicht. Gereinigt wird so was bestimmt nicht. Auf den Bettdecken und Kissen waren leider Haare - etwas ekelig - aber na ja. Eigene Bettwäsche möchte ich in einem Ferienhaus eh

- lage und blick sind super - anfahrt kann für unkundige etwas verwirrend sein - auffahrt zum haus, sehr, sehr steil (!) - parken vor dem haus kein problem - küche sehr gut eingerichtet - schlafzimmer mit schönem blick - beide bäder modern und sauber - wlan einwandfrei - terrasse gross mit toller aussicht und grosser elektischer markise (top!) - pool schön und sauber - genügend liegestühle sind vorhanden - von aussen etwas "grau", innen für ein ferienhaus einwandfrei - schlüsselübergabe tadellos

Ein wirklich tolles gepflegtes...

Ein wirklich tolles gepflegtes Haus!Einziges echtes Manko: Am Pool gibt es keinerlei Schatten. Es sind 2 kleine Strandschirme vorhanden, aber keine Ständer. Der Schirmständer auf der Terrasse ist sehr wackelig und wird demnächst ausbrechen: 2 große Schirme + Ständer für Pool + 1 neuer Ständer für die Terrasse wären sinnvoll. Reisetipps: Da der nächste ordentlich Supermarkt recht weit entfernt ist (30 min, Geant) empfiehlt es sich haltbare Lebensmittel auf Vorrat zu kaufen.
