Enjoy a wonderful holiday in this charming holiday home in Saint-Savinien. Both the sauna (for a fee), the hot tub (for a fee) are perfect for relaxing and the swimming pool are shared with other guests. The accommodation is excellent for small families or couples. The surroundings of this nice apartment in France are ideal for making impressive cycling and walking tours. The beach is 47 km from the accommodation and a visit to La Rochelle (54 km) or Île d'Oléron (65 km) is certainly worth it. There is parking available at the stay and you can enjoy a good book on the private terrace in peace. There are bicycles available that you can use to explore the area and there is a billiard table for a fun competition.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
