Cozy house near Saint Sulpice d "Excideuil, the heart of the Dordogne. The town is just 4 km away, and has a bakery and a small grocery, so you can get a fresh sandwich every day! It is an authentic house with a covered terrace at the front where you can relax. At the rear is a large garden with various seating areas and plenty of lazy chairs to watch the night sky. The house has 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is of all conveniences. There is a cozy sitting room, a separate dining room and a well-equipped kitchen. There is even a piano for lovers! You are here in the middle of the Dordogne region with lovely little villages, imposing castles and rugged mountains with deep valleys. The river d 'Isle meanders through the landscape and there are here and there small beaches and the possibility of canoeing.
