This mill epitomizes the classic mill experience, with the clear river water murmuring among the exposed rocks, the narrow stone bridge that once facilitated the transport of wheat sacks by mules, the shaded natural environment providing a pleasant coolness during summer, and the authentic stones of the traditional structure.

The shepherd's house has been fully renovated to blend modernity, space, simplicity, and comfort. The original thick walls have been preserved, ensuring a pleasant coolness during summer. The living room windows have been enlarged to allow more light in, offering an exceptional view of the natural surroundings. The nature around is reflected in the materials adorned with the hues of travertine and whitewashed floors, along with wooden furniture and a few vintage items.
