Private south-facing terrace (23m²) with garden furniture, sun loungers, and a charcoal barbecue.
Shared enclosed garden of approximately 100m² in a green setting with fruit trees and chickens.
Ping-pong table and covered bicycle storage available on request. Private enclosed parking for one vehicle.

Utilities and bed linen are included in the price.
