The infinity pool is in front of the house, offering spectacular views of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. The pool is usually heated from May 15 to October 15, depending on the weather. Each year, from the last week of September to the first week of October, you can watch the prestigious "Voiles de Saint-Tropez" regattas, featuring some of the world’s most beautiful sailboats.



The curved façade allows every bedroom to enjoy views of Saint-Tropez, Sainte-Maxime, and the bay. The villa is fully air-conditioned. Motorized, adjustable shutters provide shade. All rooms and the terrace are on one level, letting you enjoy outdoor living in total privacy. The garden features Mediterranean plants: olive trees, cork oaks, oleanders, jasmine, bougainvillea, and flowering shrubs. A gate leads to stairs down to the beach, 240 meters away, passing tennis courts and a nearby restaurant.
