This room is like an apartment, quite big. We loved the huge window and balcony: it makes room bright and gives a lot of fresh air. Also, with installed air conditioner you can adjust the temperature at your liking. The bed is big and comfortable. Everything is new and fresh. Room was maybe the cleanest I have seen so far in Japan. Staff is very kind and helpful. They have accommodated all our requests. During the breakfast staff provided me detailed information on the contents of food. As a vegan, it's usually hard for me to find something to eat, but here staff really helped me out. Thank you. We will definitely stay again next time.

Well Situated and Quiet

The hotel is well situated, not far from the train station and on a quiet street. It's close to a small shopping mall and near many of Chichibu's principal tourist attractions. The hotel was clean. The staff was friendly. The room had what I would call a small kitchenette -- microwave, sink, and refrigerator -- making it easy to prepare small snacks and meals.

Central location walking distance to shopping centre. Building is clean and solid with large self contained rooms.Security cameras on the on site parking and friendly staff. Will definitely be using again.

Affordable, spacious, scenic

Simple, but affordable hotel with nice-sized accommodations. For anyone interested, the room comes with a working mini-kitchen (stovetop + fridge). Breakfast is also available at the hotel, but it costs extra. It's about a 10-minute walk from the nearest train station, and their are plenty of restaurants and stores in-between. Plus, our room came with a gorgeous view of the mountains! Chichibu is a beautiful, peaceful area, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a quiet getaway.

Huge room and lovely staff

A short walk from Seibu-Chichibu Station, this hotel seems to be a converted apartment block, meaning the rooms are huge. Bathroom, small kitchen, actual closets, and separate bedroom with a ton of space: I was only here one night, but it would be perfect for a longer stay. The staff were amazing, and the person who checked me in and out was a fluent English speaker so no worries about miscommunication etc. Would happily stay here again
