Relax in this calm and stylish architecturally designed space. Set on a beautiful expansive farm near stunning beaches at East Portlemouth, Small`s Cove, Mill Bay, Sunny Cove and Gara Rock and across the estuary from Salcombe. Whether you take a drive along the nearby Slapton Line where the Ley meets the sea or the passenger ferry from East Portlemouth across to Salcombe, this is a fantastic location to relax and explore the beautiful South Hams, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.



Walk through the front door into a spacious hallway with washer/drying machine under the stairs on your left, the double dunk room on your right and the double room next to it. Straight ahead is the shower room then up the stairs to the light spacious, open plan living dining kitchen area with access to the decked garden area with fantastic countryside views and the sounds of the birds and the sea.
