Open floor plan with kitchen room, living room and dining area. 2 bedrooms on each side of the home with a shared bathroom in between.

Guest Access:
Guest will access the property with a door code.

The Neighborhood:
The home is located in a quiet neighborhood. We ask that you please be respectful of the neighbors who are year round residents. We want you to have a great stay, however, parties at this home strictly prohibited.

The best part about this neighborhood, is you are just a minute away from Devils Fork State Park on Lake Jocassee. You will not be disappointed by the crystal clear waters of this pristine lake.

Other Things to Note:
Gas grill in pictures has been removed. Charcoal grill provided, guest need to bring charcoal.

This property is protected by exterior cameras. There is a monitor in the laundry room that shows you what may be viewed by each camera.

It is our pleasure to host you and give you your privacy. We will not be dropping in during your stay. If you report an issue with the home, we will gladly send someone to the property to address your concerns.
