This Salem MO cabin 2 miles from Montauk State Park boasts 2 inviting bedrooms each with Queen bed, dresser and TV. The cozy interior is perfect for guests looking to unwind and relax. Enjoy the serene surroundings and modern amenities like WiFi and individually controlled Heat/AC in living area and each bedroom. The modern kitchen is well equipped with coffee makers, pots, pans, dishes-everything you could need. The bathroom features a large custom tile shower , soap and shampoo as well as a hairdryer for your convenience. Treat yourself to a quiet cup of coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening on the huge covered deck. Our covered deck has ample seating as well as a large Pit Boss Pellet Grill and a large Blackstone Flat Top Griddle . Have a fire in the fire pit on those cool evenings. Escape to this phenomenal retreat and create unforgettable memories. We look forward to welcoming you to Montauk Valley Cabins-your " base camp" for fishing and floating adventures. Montauk State Park features some of the best trout fishing in the Midwest We are also close to kayaking, canoeing and rafting on the Current River-part of the beautiful Ozark National Scenic Riverways. We are also close enough to the Jacks Fork River-also part of the Ozark National Scenic Riverways-to easily take a day floating there. There are many springs in the area to visit too-Meramac Springs, Alley Springs, Welch Spring is close and the remains of a beautiful small stone hospital at the base of the spring is only a short hike from the parking lot there. If you're looking for things to do with the kids-Bo's Hollow is a short distance away and is a great place for kids to experience what life was like in the " olden days"-shuck corn, pump water from a well, ride in antique cars-even ride in a rumble seat!

Nice cabin

We enjoyed the cabin. The options of the pit boss and blackstone was a nice feature! Very comfortable and peaceful! The owner communicated instructions for check in prior to our stay. There was no cell service for us but they had WiFi that worked well!!
