This is a private apartment in a building of eight total. The other residents and guests are generally quiet and courteous.
This apartment is on the ground floor, which is eight steps up from the street. The laundry facility (coin operated) is in the basement, which is 15 steps down.

You have access to your apartment, as well as the laundry room in the basement.

We will answer your messages within an hour, though it’s unlikely that you’ll see us throughout your stay. You will be given a personal code for the front door, as well as a code to your apartment.

This is an apartment designed for traveling professionals. Upon booking, we will ask you to sign a Temporary Occupancy Agreement via Docusign, as well as provide ID and an email address.

Salem is a capital city. That means that there is plenty to do, and an abundance of different types of people. That means you may see homeless people in the area, hear loud drivers at night, overhead planes, or a train.

The front porch has a Ring camera, which is directed only at the porch and the sidewalk. It is recording 24/7, but the footage is only looked at, in the event that there is a reason to- package theft, suspicious activity, etc. There are no cameras anywhere inside the building.

There is coin operated laundry in the basement.

This is a building of eight apartments. Behind the building is a small lot, capable of parking four cars (unreserved,) if parked diagonally. This is best for compact cars.
