An excellent stay at the AC by Marriott in Salford. Excellent welcome and customer service by all staff. Lovely breakfast. The only two minor drawbacks were that the bed was on the small side compared to recent stays in two local hotels, Innside by Amelia in Manchester and Radisson Red in Liverpool, which had spoiled us a bit. The bed had also obviously been used a lot for solo stays, as we both rolled into the middle which led to a restless nights sleep. As someone with slightly reduced mobility, the step up over the bath was a bit tricky. Overall though, an excellent stay.

This hotel was conveniently located near to the Salford quays metro stop. It was roughly a 17 minute walk to the Lowry. The breakfast was great & the staff were very friendly. Would happily stay again

Great hotel in a good location, just across the road from a tram stop and close to Salford Quays. Spacious and comfortable modern room, decent food and good selection at breakfast. Staff are always pleasant and helpful.
