I left my samsung ear buds in the room and when i called the next day, they said they wasn't there. Breakfast was a nightmare as there only seemed to be one person topping the food up. No hash browns for 20 minutes and everyone was waiting for bacon and eggs.

A word to the wise, this is very much a party hotel on a weekend. It was incredibly loud, fire alarm was set off as well. This made it awful as a family, to the point we left early rather than endure!

We had to change rooms 2 times as the aicons were too noisy and not working ; also wash basin was clogged . Had to wait for an hour and half before we were sorted . the staff was polite and good though

The fire alarm went off at 4am eventually finding out about 10miutes later it was a false alarm, another guest was able to communicate to us as no members of staff came up to tell us. I went down the stair well and wasn’t able to get down and had to go across the landing on another floor and that’s how I found out. An emergency lighting was hanging off the ceiling. Poor communication and I wonder what would have happened if it wasn’t a false alarm.

Larissa at reception was amazing! Excellent customer service and was always smiling and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The fire alarm sounded about 2:30 at night which was frightening for the children but went off after a minute. All found it hard going back to after but did eventually.

The area is very unique. We had a fab time walking around the Quay. Very unique we enjoyed long walking as the weather was favourable the days we visited. Cleanliness was questionable though we would leave in the morning and come back after midnight . Keep it up.

Started with an easy and friendly check in with Ben. He gave me good advice of local places and how to get to the Lowry with the shortcut. Hotel room was clean, neat and clearly quite new. I slept very well. Perfect firmness of the mattress. Check was easy. Very convenient location with lots of food places nearby and good transport links.
